We offer a wide variety of maintenance contracts for our commercial clients:
Annual reports
We can provide an annual inspection and forecast and locate any problem areas, providing expert advise and options available, along with expected life of roofing products, warranties and guarantees.
This consultation gives time for the client to consider which option they would like to go ahead with. This scheme is especially beneficial to clients with various sites/locations helping them to be prepared and plan for roofing repairs over the following year.
Programme of works
Following the initial roofing report and consultation period, if there are considerable works to be completed at any site, we can prioritise the roofing work, and provide a programme of works, accommodating any work commitments and allowing for the minimum of disruption to you production.
Emergency Repairs
We can attend any emergency situation and provide a temporary repair in order to make the roof water tight, we can attend at a later date and provide a full permanent solution to the roofing problem.
This type of service gives the client peace of mind when emergency repairs are required and also annual reports.
