Criminals Records Bureau

O’Connor Roofing Services have many short and long-term contacts with a variety of Local Government Authorities.

These projects may require operational staff to carry out work on tenants houses and on local Educational Facilities, so may involve working in locations where there are children or vulnerable adults, we feel that it is our duty to protect our customers as far as we can.

As a Quality Procedure, we ensure all operational staff have had a standards Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check.

This procedure is carried out during the probationary period of their employment. Permanent contract are not issued to employees until we have receipt of their CRB.

Results of the CRB checks are held in the office, and form part of the employees CPD file.
