All site staff recently attended a Fire Safety Course through ARCO, Stockton and had a blast!! They were given the opportunity to set off some fire extinguishers, which gave them a valuable experience in using the equipemnt, thanks to ARCO for delivering an amazing course – we would recommend them to others looking for a quality Fire Safety course which mixes practical and theory. Thanks to everyone involved in arranging the course.

Rachel Coates has joined us as administrator with a focus on accounts and finance.

Rachel has a degree in Maths, so is more than capable to do the job, she is settling in well, and has already passed her costs and revenues exam in her AAT – well done Rach!

She says about her new position ‘I am a local girl, and am over the moon to be working for a local business – I look forward to progressing within the company, achieving my AAT with excellent results – I passed with 100% in my first exam’

We have passed the requirements for the GBN Bronze Environmental Award, and hope to make good progress on our Silver Award.

We are now listed in the award holders section of the GBN web site – www.greenteesvalley.org.

Roy attended the ETTC (Environmental Technology Transfer Club) awards presentation early July to collect our certificate. We are now starting work on our Silver Award.

We are all looking forward to that!!
